On MS Windows Citrus Perl is now 100% compiled using gcc and is supported by a release of the gcc 4.6.2 compiler. If upgrading from a prior version of Citrus Perl, you may extract the new edition over the old and retain your compiled modules. However, you should first delete your CitrusPerl\mingw32 ( CitrusPerl\mingw64) and CitrusPerl\dmake directories as the content is incompatible with this new release.

GD, GD Graph and Wx::Scintilla  have been added to the included modules.

The simplified layout has been changed to include a 'vendor/lib' in @INC. This supports the new custom distribution facility and will also allow a more sophisticated upgrade process in the future.

To include support for Mac OS X Lion and Xcode 4 there are now two distributions of Citrus Perl for the Mac.
